Camo Baseball Jerseys
Camo jerseys are the usual pick for military-appreciation games, Memorial Day tournaments and third-jersey nights. The pattern is printed, not woven, so it can come in your team colors instead of army green. Names, numbers and logos are included from $32.99 per jersey.

Camo patterns we print
Every pattern below can be printed in its natural tones or recolored to your palette. The pattern runs edge to edge, across seams and under the arms, because the whole panel is sublimated before it is sewn.
Pick the pattern first, then the colors. A pattern that looks great in green and brown can turn muddy in navy and black. The proof is where you find that out.
| Pattern | Look | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Woodland | Classic blotched camo with rounded shapes | Memorial Day, military nights |
| Digital | Pixelated squares in 3 or 4 tones | Modern team-color camo |
| Desert | Sand, tan and light brown tones | Tournament alternates |
| Hex / geometric | Tiled hexagons or angular shapes | Travel ball third jerseys |
| Team-color camo | Any pattern above in your colors | Every-day alternate jersey |
Choosing colors for team-color camo
Camo needs three or four tones that sit close together. If two of your colors are far apart, like white and black, the pattern looks spotty from the stands instead of blended.
The trick is to use your main color, a darker shade of it, a lighter shade of it, and one accent. Navy, slate, light grey and white is the version we print most. A red and black woodland reads well too, with charcoal as the bridge tone.
Desert camo is the hardest to recolor. Its tones are pale by design, so a dark team color drops out of it. If you want desert, keep it close to sand and tan and put your team color in the trim and numbers.
- Keep the darkest and lightest tones within a few shades of each other
- Save your brightest team color for the numbers, not the pattern
- Grey-based camo works with almost any trim color
- Send a Pantone code or a photo of your current jersey so the shades match
Making numbers readable on camo
Numbers on a busy pattern need help. We default to a 6 mm contrasting outline on names and numbers, and the proof shows how it reads at 60 feet.
If the outline is not enough, we put a solid panel behind the back number. Another option is to fade the camo to a solid color across the upper back. Sleeve numbers and sponsor marks get the same treatment.
Names on the back follow the same rule. Thin script fonts disappear into camo. For any name printed over the pattern, we suggest a block or athletic font at 2.5 inches tall or more.
Umpires and scorekeepers need to read the number, so this is the one place not to cut corners. Our guide to designing a custom jersey covers number sizes and outline widths in more detail.
Full camo or camo accents
A jersey does not have to be camo all over. Plenty of teams want the theme without losing their usual look, so they use camo as an accent on a solid body.
All of these print at the same price, because sublimation does not charge by color or coverage. That is the main reason camo works so well on fully sublimated baseball jerseys rather than on stock fabric.
Accents are also the cheaper way to test the idea. A team that likes camo sleeves this season can move to full camo next year with the same artwork.
- Full body: camo front, back and sleeves, solid collar and cuffs
- Camo sleeves on a solid team-color body
- Camo side panels running from the armpit to the hem
- Camo yoke across the shoulders, solid below
- Solid jersey with camo-filled numbers and lettering
Camo as an alternate jersey
Most teams order camo as a second jersey next to their main custom baseball jerseys. Both styles go in one cart and count toward the same discount.
That matters more than people expect. A 14-player roster ordering 14 home jerseys sits in the 12–23 tier. Add 14 camo alternates and the cart hits 28 pieces, which moves every jersey into the 24–47 tier.
Keep the same numbers on both sets. Players get confused when their alternate number is different, and so does the scorebook.
Pick the cut and fabric to match your main set too. When the camo jersey fits and feels like the home jersey, players stop treating it as a costume. It becomes just another game jersey.
Price per camo jersey
Pricing is per piece, with names, numbers, logo and sponsor marks included. There are no setup, art or per-color fees, which matters on a four-tone camo design.
The discount uses the total pieces in your cart, not the count of camo jerseys alone. For an exact figure on your roster, request a quote for your team and we reply with the proof.
| Pieces in cart | Discount | Per camo jersey |
|---|---|---|
| 10–11 | Base price | $32.99 |
| 12–23 | 5% off | $31.34 |
| 24–47 | 10% off | $29.69 |
| 48–99 | 15% off | $28.04 |
| 100+ | 20% off | $26.39 |
Planning a military-appreciation or Memorial Day game
Theme games have a fixed date, so work backward from it. Most late orders we see come from teams that started designing the week of the game.
Leagues buying for several teams at once can read our notes on ordering team uniforms in bulk to see how one order splits across rosters.
- Six weeks out, pick the pattern, colors and jersey cut, and collect the roster with sizes.
- Submit the design. The proof arrives by email in 1–2 business days, with unlimited revisions.
- Approve the proof and pay the PayPal invoice. Production starts then and takes 2–3 weeks.
- Free ground shipping takes 2–5 business days, or 2–4 inside California.
- Hand out jerseys at the last practice before the game, not on game day, so size swaps can still happen.
Which cut suits a camo pattern
Every cut is available in camo: crew, V-neck, two-button and full-button. The choice changes how much of the pattern survives on the chest.
Two-button and V-neck pullovers keep the pattern unbroken across the front. A full-button placket splits it down the middle, which looks more traditional but cuts through any large shapes. Our comparison of button-up, two-button and V-neck jerseys walks through the fit of each.
If you choose full-button, we line up the pattern on both sides of the placket on the proof so the shapes meet when buttoned.
Sleeve length is the same on every cut. If your team wears a long-sleeve undershirt in spring, pick an undershirt color from the camo palette so the arms blend in.
Pants, socks and the rest of the look
Camo jerseys look best with a quiet bottom half. Solid grey or white pants with a thin camo stripe tie the outfit together without overdoing it.
Full camo pants are possible too, and some travel teams love them for one tournament. You can add custom baseball pants with a camo stripe to the same cart, and they count toward the jersey discount.
Socks are the easy place to repeat the camo. A camo sock with a solid jersey also works. It gives a small nod to the theme without a full alternate set.
Keep belts and caps in your normal team color. A camo cap on top of a camo jersey and camo pants is a lot of pattern, and it photographs as one blur.
Mistakes we see on camo orders
Most camo problems show up on the proof and are easy to fix there. A few only show up on the field, so here is what to check before you approve.
Order the full roster plus one or two spares in common sizes. A later reorder still has to meet the 10-piece minimum, so three forgotten jerseys turn into a much bigger order.
- Logos placed over the busiest part of the pattern, with no outline or panel behind them
- Five or six camo tones, which reads as noise from the bleachers
- Pure black and pure white in the same pattern, which looks spotty
- A camo sponsor mark on a camo body, where the logo vanishes completely
- Different numbers on the camo set and the home set for the same player
- Ordering camo for only some of the team, then needing a second small order later
Care, league rules and fit
The camo is sublimated into the polyester, so it does not fade, crack or peel. Wash inside out in cold water and hang dry or tumble low. Skip fabric softener, which dulls the dark tones over time.
Most leagues allow camo alternates as long as numbers are legible. High school sections sometimes limit pattern jerseys to non-league games, and youth leagues have their own wording. See the Little League uniform rules guide before you print.
Camo jerseys use the same 160 gsm interlock and the same pattern as our other jerseys. Sizes run youth YS–YXL and adult S–3XL, mixed in one order.
Camo Baseball Jerseys: questions answered
Can the camo be in our team colors?
Yes. Any pattern can be recolored to your palette. Navy, slate, light grey and white digital camo is the version we print most.
Will numbers show up on the camo?
Yes. We add a 6 mm contrasting outline, or a solid panel behind the number when the pattern is busy. The proof shows how it reads from the stands.
How much are camo jerseys?
From $32.99 per jersey at 10 pieces with names and numbers included. At 24–47 pieces in the cart it drops to $29.69.
Can we put camo on only the sleeves?
Yes. Camo sleeves on a solid body, camo side panels or a camo yoke are all common. Mention it when you order and we show options on the proof.
Can we order camo pants to match?
Yes. Camo pants, or solid pants with a camo stripe, go in the same cart and count toward the same discount.
Is camo allowed for league games?
Most leagues allow camo alternates as long as numbers are legible. High school sections sometimes restrict pattern jerseys to non-league games, so check with yours.
Which jersey cut is best for camo?
Two-button and V-neck keep the pattern unbroken across the chest. Full-button looks more traditional, and we line up the pattern across the placket.
Can we order just 10 camo jerseys as an alternate?
Yes. 10 pieces is the minimum for any order, and sizes can be mixed.
Does the camo fade after washing?
No. It is sublimated into the fabric and wears like a solid color. Avoid fabric softener to keep the dark tones crisp.
Why does our camo look muddy on the proof?
Usually two of the tones are too close or too far apart. We adjust the shades on the next revision until the pattern reads clearly.
How early should we order for Memorial Day?
Start about six weeks out. That covers the proof, 2–3 weeks of production and 2–5 days of free shipping.
How do we pay?
We send a PayPal invoice after you approve the proof. We accept PayPal.
