Women's Baseball Jerseys & Shirts
This page covers two things. Game jerseys on a women's pattern for women's baseball and co-ed leagues, and the 3/4-sleeve raglan shirt that booster groups and team moms order by the dozen. Both are sublimated, both carry names and numbers at no extra cost, and both come in XS–3XL.

Who orders from this page
Three groups make up nearly every order here.
Women's baseball teams and the women on co-ed rec rosters need a game jersey that fits a woman's frame. A men's jersey in a small size still hangs wide at the shoulder and long at the hip.
Booster clubs and team parents want shirts for the stands that match the players on the field. Coaches' spouses, grandparents and older siblings all end up in the count.
Team moms often run both orders at once. If your crowd prefers a plain short-sleeve look, our baseball jersey style t-shirts are another option for fans.
Most of these orders come from team parents rather than an athletic office. That is why everything here can be ordered, approved and paid by one person with a phone.
Game jerseys on a women's pattern
The pattern has a narrower shoulder and a shaped side seam. The body is about 2 inches shorter than the men's cut at the same chest size.
Full-button, two-button and V-neck fronts are all available. The proof shows the jersey on the women's block, so you see the actual proportions before you approve.
The fabric and print are the same as our men's jerseys. A co-ed team in matching colors looks like one team, even though two patterns are in the box.
Women who have played in a men's small know the problems. The shoulder seam sits halfway down the arm and the tail reaches mid-thigh. The women's block fixes both without making the jersey tight.
- XS–3XL on the women's block
- Full-button, two-button or V-neck
- 160 gsm polyester interlock, fully sublimated
- Mixed with men's sizes in one order for co-ed teams
How the women's block differs
The shorter body is the change players notice first. It tucks without bunching at the hip and looks cleaner untucked in a co-ed rec game.
The shaped seam does not make the jersey tight. It removes the extra fabric that flaps when you run the bases.
Compare both patterns on the baseball uniform size chart before you collect sizes.
| Point of fit | Women's block | Men's block at the same chest |
|---|---|---|
| Shoulder | Narrower | Wider |
| Side seam | Shaped in at the waist | Straight down |
| Body length | About 2 in shorter | Longer, built for a deep tuck |
Design choices that work for women's teams
Women's teams tend to pick their own look rather than copy the men's club they share a field with. That is easy, since every color and stripe is printed.
A few choices make a real difference on the women's block. The shaped side seam narrows the body, so wide side panels or thick piping look different than on a men's jersey.
The proof shows this, so judge the design on the women's mockup, not the men's one.
Our walkthrough on how to design a custom baseball jersey covers lettering, numbers and color contrast step by step.
- Keep chest lettering a little smaller, since the women's chest panel is narrower
- Use raglan sleeves or shoulder yokes for a second color instead of wide side panels
- Pick numbers with strong contrast so they read from the outfield
- Put sponsor marks on the sleeve or back yoke, where they stay flat
Sizing women's jerseys and shirts
Women's sizes run true to size on a relaxed athletic fit. Order the usual size for game jerseys.
For the raglan fan shirt, many people prefer one size up. It drapes better over a hoodie on a cold evening at the field.
XS is available. Enter S in the size grid and write XS in the order notes with the quantity. We confirm it on the proof.
Players who are not sure can follow the step-by-step size guide with a soft tape measure.
Sizes are locked when you approve the proof. Ask every player and parent to confirm before you say yes.
- Game jersey: usual size, or one up over a thick undershirt
- Raglan fan shirt: usual size for a fitted look, one up for relaxed
- Short-sleeve tee: usual size
- Between sizes on any of them: go up, since polyester does not shrink
The 3/4 raglan baseball shirt
This is the shirt people mean when they search for baseball shirts for women. It has a white or heather body, contrasting 3/4 sleeves, a scoop or crew neck, and the team name across the chest.
We print the whole shirt, so the sleeves can be any color. Pink, gold, teal or pinstripe sleeves cost the same as black or navy.
The fabric is a soft-hand polyester that feels closer to a cotton tee than a game jersey. It washes well and holds its color.
Booster clubs order these for the stands, for fundraisers and for end-of-season gifts.
Most fan orders pick a body color that matches the team's away jersey. That way the crowd and the dugout look like one group in photos.
| Shirt | Fabric | Fit | Typical order |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3/4 raglan | Soft-hand polyester | Relaxed | Fan and booster shirts |
| Short-sleeve tee | Soft-hand polyester | Relaxed | Team mom and coach tees |
| Game jersey | 160 gsm interlock | Athletic, women's block | Women's and co-ed leagues |
Personalizing fan shirts
Every shirt in the order can say something different. There is no charge for that, so personal shirts sell much better at fundraisers.
Here are the lines booster clubs use most.
Collect the back text in writing, not by text message thread. A misspelled name on a grandmother's shirt is easy to miss on a phone screen and hard to fix later. Read the proof on a computer if you can.
Keep each line short. Ten to twelve characters per line reads well on a size S. It still looks right on a 3XL.
- "#12's Mom" or "#12's Grandma" across the back
- The player's number on the sleeve and the team logo on the chest
- A coach title such as "Assistant Coach" or "Team Mom"
- A booster club name with the season year
- A sponsor logo on the back yoke
Co-ed teams: mixing cuts in one order
Co-ed rec teams are the most common reason women's game jerseys get ordered. The order goes through as one design with two patterns.
Enter the women's sizes here and the men's sizes on the page for men's baseball jerseys in S to 4XL. You can also put everything in one order note.
Both cuts count toward the same 10-piece minimum and the same discount tier. Names and numbers use one font and one size across both patterns, so the backs line up in team photos.
Tell us which player wears which cut when you send the roster. We bag and label each jersey by name.
Some co-ed leagues require a minimum number of women on the field. Count every player who might suit up, so nobody is left without a jersey in July.
Order shirts with the team's jerseys
Fan shirts count toward the same discount tier as the players' team baseball jerseys. A booster order of 20 raglans added to 14 jerseys is 34 pieces, so the whole cart moves to the 24+ tier.
The raglan shirt is priced the same as the game jersey. Every price below includes names, numbers and logos.
A full-team example helps. 14 game jerseys plus 20 raglans is 34 pieces at $29.69 each, or $1,009.46 for the whole cart with free shipping.
| Pieces in cart | Discount | Per piece |
|---|---|---|
| 10–11 | Base price | $32.99 |
| 12–23 | 5% | $31.34 |
| 24–47 | 10% | $29.69 |
| 48–99 | 15% | $28.04 |
| 100+ | 20% | $26.39 |
How a booster order comes together
The hardest part is collecting sizes and wording from 30 families. This order works best for most clubs.
Sketch the shirt first in Design Your Jerseys so parents see what they are buying.
Leave yourself a buffer before the date you need the shirts. A six-week window covers sizing, the proof, production and shipping without a rush.
- Share the design with parents and set a firm deadline for sizes and wording.
- Collect each name, size and back text in one spreadsheet.
- Send us the design and the count. The proof arrives by email in 1–2 business days.
- Ask for changes until the shirt looks right. Revisions are unlimited.
- Approve the proof and pay the PayPal invoice. We accept PayPal.
- Shirts are produced in 2–3 weeks and ship free, 2–4 business days inside California.
Care and wear
Sublimated color sits inside the fiber. There is no vinyl to crack and no ink layer to peel, even on the "#7's Mom" lettering.
Polyester holds up to bleachers, sunscreen and a season of washing better than cotton. Read the baseball jersey fabric guide for more on how each fabric wears.
The game jersey and the raglan can go in the same cold wash. Colors are locked into the fiber, so a white body will not pick up dye from a dark sleeve.
- Wash cold, inside out, with like colors
- Skip bleach and fabric softener
- Hang dry or tumble on low
- Treat sunscreen and infield dirt before washing, not after
