Refund policy
Effective October 17, 2026
Every uniform is made to the proof you approve, so the policy is built around that proof.
Before proof approval
Cancel at any time at no cost. Nothing has been charged.
After payment, before production
If production has not started, email us and we refund the invoice in full to the PayPal account that paid it.
After production starts
The order is cut and printed to your design and cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind.
Our errors

Errors on the approved proof
Wrong spellings, numbers or sizes that appear on the proof you approved are made at the per-piece price, with no minimum for the correction, and shipped free.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the PayPal account that paid the invoice, within 5 business days of our confirmation.
