Who orders team jerseys in bulk
Single-team managers usually order from a style page. This page is for the person buying for many teams at once.
That person is often a league board member, a club director, a tournament organizer or an HR lead planning a company game. Their problem is not picking a collar. It is getting 150 names, numbers and sizes right across eight rosters.
Everything below is about that job: pricing at volume, color variations, roster collection and delivery to several places.
For more on how leagues and clubs are set up on this site, see our jerseys for teams and leagues section.
Bulk buyers also tend to answer to someone else, such as a board, a sponsor or a finance team. That is why we put the price, tier and timeline in writing before anything is paid.
Volume pricing
Pieces across every product in the cart count toward one tier. Pants, socks and practice shirts in the same order all get the same discount.
An eight-team league with 13 players per team orders 104 jerseys. At $26.39 each, that is $2,744.56 with names, numbers, logos and free shipping included.
There are no setup, art or per-color fees, even with eight color variations.
The tiers apply automatically. You do not need a coupon or a special account to reach them, only the piece count in one order.
| Pieces in cart | Discount | Per jersey |
|---|---|---|
| 10–11 | Base price | $32.99 |
| 12–23 | 5% | $31.34 |
| 24–47 | 10% | $29.69 |
| 48–99 | 15% | $28.04 |
| 100+ | 20% | $26.39 |
How multi-team orders are handled
A multi-team proof sheet takes 2–3 business days. Revisions are unlimited, and the sheet updates every time a team changes.
Payment is one PayPal invoice for the whole order after the proof sheet is approved. We accept PayPal.
Give us one point of contact for the whole order. Questions from eight managers at once slow everything down, and one person keeps the sheet consistent.
- You send one design brief and a list of teams with their colors.
- We build a proof sheet showing every variation side by side.
- You approve once; we collect rosters per team by spreadsheet.
- Each team's jerseys are bagged separately and labeled, in one shipment or split to several addresses at no charge within the US.
One design, many colors
Most leagues use one template and swap the colors per team. The logo, fonts and number style stay fixed, so every team looks like part of the same league.
Youth leagues often pair this with pants for each player. If you need full sets, the Little League uniform sets page covers jersey and pants together at a per-player price.
Plan the colors as a group before the proof. Swapping a color on the sheet is easy. Explaining to a coach why his team looks like another team is not.
Sponsors can change by team without changing the design. Each team's sponsor sits in the same spot on the back, so the league look holds together.
- Keep dark colors such as navy, black and forest green in different divisions
- Give similar colors different number colors, such as white on red and gold on maroon
- Keep the league logo in the same place on every team
- Pick team names that fit on one line across the chest
Collecting rosters from many managers
Roster collection takes longer than design, printing and shipping combined. Plan for it.
We send a simple spreadsheet per team. Managers fill in names, numbers and sizes and you forward them, or we collect them directly from managers if you prefer.
Set one deadline for every manager and stick to it. One late team holds up the whole proof sheet.
Our guide on ordering team uniforms in bulk has a roster template and a week-by-week plan.
Number conflicts are easy to miss across eight rosters. Two players asking for 7 on one team is easy to fix on the spreadsheet and hard to fix after printing.
Ask managers to list a second-choice number for every player. It saves a round of phone calls.
Sizes across a whole program
Youth sizes run YS to YXL, and adult sizes run S to 3XL. Both mix freely across teams and inside a single team.
Coaches who need 4XL can add men's baseball jerseys up to 4XL to the same cart. It counts toward the same tier.
Ask managers for chest measurements instead of ages or t-shirt sizes. A bulk order with 20 wrong sizes means 20 unhappy families and a reorder.
Order two spares per team in the most common sizes. That covers late sign-ups without a second order.
Group the size counts by team on the spreadsheet. We bag and label by team, so a clean list means a clean handout.
Fabric and cut options at volume
Everything on the individual jersey pages is available at volume: full-button, two-button, V-neck, sleeveless, mesh, pinstripe and camo.
Many leagues standardize on a two-button pullover. See the two-button baseball jerseys page for the details.
The standard fabric is 160 gsm polyester interlock. Leagues in hot inland areas often switch to 130 gsm micro-mesh for every team.
All teams in one order should share one cut and one fabric. That keeps the look even and the proof sheet simple.
Not sure which fabric suits your league? The standard interlock is the safe choice for spring leagues on the coast, and micro-mesh suits summer leagues in the valleys.
Tournament and event jerseys
Tournaments that hand a jersey to every player often order 200 or more. Most use one design with a tournament logo and the player's number.
At 100+ pieces, a fully printed jersey is $26.39. For a simpler shirt with only a tournament logo, the blank baseball jerseys start lower and also get the volume discount.
Orders of 200+ take about 4 weeks after payment. Lock in the size split early, since players register right up to the event.
Event jerseys often double as a keepsake. A small year and location line on the sleeve makes them worth keeping long after the event.
- Order extra pieces in the middle sizes for walk-up registrations
- Skip player names if rosters are not final before the deadline
- Ship directly to the venue only if someone can sign for the boxes
A physical sample first
A board spending several thousand dollars often wants to hold the real jersey before it signs off.
For orders of 24 or more, we sew one sample at the single-piece price and credit it to the order. Order it once the proof is close to final.
Plan for the sample in your timeline. A sample adds time before the full run, so ask for it early.
Pass the sample around the board meeting. Check the color under daylight, the number size from across the room, and the fit on a real player.
If the board approves the sample, the rest of the order is made to match it. If something needs to change, change it on the proof before the full run starts.
Delivery to several places
Split delivery to several US addresses is free. Tell us which teams go where, and each box arrives with its own packing list.
Free ground shipping takes 2–4 business days inside California and 2–5 elsewhere in the US. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
Production takes 2–3 weeks after payment for orders under 100, and about 4 weeks for 200 or more.
Ask each receiving coach to open the box the day it arrives and check the count. Problems caught that week are far easier to sort out than in the middle of the season.
Add socks and practice wear
Every extra piece in the cart pushes the whole order toward the next tier. Socks are the easiest add.
Our custom team baseball socks come in Youth, M, L and XL and can match each team's colors. At 100+ pieces they are $7.99 a pair.
Practice shirts with the league logo are the other common add. They count toward the same tier and ship in the same team bags.
Leagues that order socks with jerseys in every color usually end the season with matching teams on every field. Mixed socks from different stores rarely line up.
