Ordering Team Uniforms in Bulk: Timeline, Minimums, Artwork and Payment
Updated 2026-10-17
How a bulk baseball uniform order works from quote to delivery: minimum quantities, discount tiers, what artwork to send, how proofing works, and when to order for your season.
Minimums and tiers
Every order has a 10-piece minimum across any mix of products and sizes. Discounts are automatic and apply to every piece in the cart, including pants, caps and practice shirts.
| Pieces in the order | Discount |
|---|---|
| 10–11 | None |
| 12–23 | 5% |
| 24–47 | 10% |
| 48–99 | 15% |
| 100 or more | 20% |
The timeline
From order to delivery, plan on four to five weeks. Order six weeks before the first game to leave room for a slow roster.
- Day 0: you place the order or request a quote. No payment is taken.
- Day 1–2: a proof arrives by email showing every jersey element and, for leagues, every team's colors on one sheet.
- Day 2–7: revisions. Most teams approve in one or two rounds. Rosters with names, numbers and sizes are confirmed here.
- Approval: a PayPal invoice is emailed. Production starts when it is paid.
- 2–3 weeks: production. Twill-lettered jerseys take 3–4 weeks; orders over 200 pieces about 4 weeks.
- 2–5 days: free ground shipping to any U.S. address, bagged by player and team.

Artwork and rosters
Send what you have. A vector logo is ideal, a PNG is fine, a sketch or a photo of a jersey you like is enough for a first proof. Rosters can come as a spreadsheet, a photo of a sign-up sheet, or a list in an email. For league orders we send a one-page spreadsheet per team and collect them back from managers.
- A logo file, or a photo of one
- Your team colors or Pantone codes
- Roster with names, numbers and sizes
- The date you need the uniforms
Payment and paperwork
Nothing is charged at checkout. After the proof is approved we email a PayPal invoice for the full order; we accept PayPal. Schools get a written quote to file with their paperwork, and the PayPal invoice can be paid by the business office or a booster treasurer. Leagues often collect from parents first and approve the proof once the money is in.
Delivery and split shipping
Orders ship free by ground to any U.S. address. League and club orders are bagged by player and boxed by team, and we split-ship to several coaches or fields at no charge. A tracking number goes to the person who placed the order. For a volume quote on a multi-team order, start at the team baseball jerseys page or send the brief through the quote form.
