Decoration options
What you get with every jersey
Each jersey is cut from 160 gsm polyester interlock and printed by dye-sublimation. The color sits inside the fiber, not on top of it.
There is nothing to crack, peel or fade after a season of washing. A dark design costs the same as a white one, because there is no extra ink layer to lay down.
Every piece in the order is printed from the same master file. A youth small and an adult 3XL carry the same colors, the same logo proportions and the same number style, scaled to fit the pattern.
You can build the look yourself on our Design Your Jerseys page, or send us a sketch and let our designers lay it out.
- Player name and number on the back, team name or logo on the chest
- Sleeve numbers and a sponsor mark on the sleeve if you want them
- Any Pantone-matched colors, gradients, pinstripes or fades at no extra charge
- Crew, V-neck, two-button or full-button collar at the same price
- Youth S through adult 3XL in the same order
Four collars, one price
This page covers the base jersey. The collar is the first real decision, and it changes the feel of the uniform more than any color choice.
All four cuts below use the same fabric and print process. If you are torn between them, our guide on choosing button-up, two-button or V-neck walks through each one with photos.
The collar also affects the chest layout. A full-button placket splits the front down the middle, so a long script name needs planning. A crew or V-neck leaves the chest as one open panel for a big logo or an arched team name.
| Collar | What it looks like | Who usually picks it |
|---|---|---|
| Crew neck | Round rib collar, no opening | Rec leagues, coach-pitch, practice-plus-game teams |
| V-neck | Open V collar in a trim color | Travel teams playing summer doubleheaders |
| Two-button | Short henley placket at the neck | Little League and 10U to 14U travel programs |
| Full-button | Six-button front that opens all the way | High school, adult wood-bat leagues |
Team pricing at every quantity
The discount is based on the total pieces in the cart. Jerseys, pants, socks and practice shirts all count toward the same tier.
Names, numbers, logos and sponsor marks are already in these prices. There are no setup, art or per-color fees on top.
If you run several teams under one board, our notes on ordering team uniforms in bulk show how to combine rosters into one order and reach a better tier.
| Pieces in the order | Discount | Price per jersey |
|---|---|---|
| 10 to 11 | Base price | $32.99 |
| 12 to 23 | 5% off | $31.34 |
| 24 to 47 | 10% off | $29.69 |
| 48 to 99 | 15% off | $28.04 |
| 100 or more | 20% off | $26.39 |
How the order goes
Nothing is charged at checkout. You see and approve the jersey before any money moves.
Most teams approve in one or two rounds. The rounds that drag on are usually waiting for a final roster, so collect names and numbers before you order if you can.
- Add your quantities per size and check out. Nothing is charged yet.
- Within 1 to 2 business days you get a proof showing the jersey front, back and sleeve with your roster.
- Approve it or ask for changes. We revise until it is right, with no limit on rounds.
- After approval we email a PayPal invoice. We accept PayPal.
- Production starts when the invoice is paid and takes 2 to 3 weeks.
- Jerseys ship free to any U.S. address, folded and bagged by player name.
Delivery times you can plan around
Ground shipping is free and takes 2 to 5 business days. Inside California it is usually 2 to 4.
Count back from your first game. Allow two days for the proof, a day or two for your approval, 2 to 3 weeks of production, then shipping. Five weeks before opening day is a comfortable start.
Orders of 200 pieces or more take about 4 weeks to produce. The full timeline and split-delivery details are on our shipping and returns page.
Fabric weight for your season
The standard body is 160 gsm interlock. It feels substantial, holds its shape, and takes color evenly from collar to hem.
For summer tournaments we can switch the body to 140 gsm lighter interlock at the same price. Some teams add 130 gsm micro-mesh side panels for airflow under the arms.
Heavier is not always better. A 160 gsm jersey is the right call for players who want a uniform that feels like a uniform. A 140 gsm body suits pitchers and catchers who sweat through several innings in a row.
Spring high school ball in cool coastal mornings suits the 160 gsm. Late-summer games in Fresno or Riverside suit the 140. The baseball jersey fabric guide compares weight, feel and drying time side by side.
Sizing a mixed roster
Jerseys run true to size with a relaxed athletic fit. Players who want a looser game-day look usually go one size up.
Youth XL is close to an adult S in the chest but shorter in the body. That matters for 12U and 13U players who are growing fast. If a player sits between sizes, order the larger one.
Coaches who collect sizes by text message tend to get mistakes. A short form with chest measurements works better, and the baseball uniform size chart gives the numbers to measure against.
Adult sizes run S to 3XL on this jersey. Youth runs YS to YXL. Both can sit in one order at the same price per piece.
Who this jersey suits
Rec leagues, travel programs, high school JV squads and adult Sunday leagues all order this style. The price is predictable: one number per jersey, no setup fees, no surcharge for extra colors.
It also works well as a team's first custom jersey, before a board commits to a full uniform set. If your program needs a full-button front for a traditional look, the button-up baseball jerseys use the same fabric and print process.
Coaches of 8U and 10U teams often pick a crew or V-neck here for a simple reason. Small players cannot do up six buttons quickly in a dugout, and a pullover goes on in two seconds.
Mistakes we catch on the proof
Most problems on a team order come from the roster, not the artwork. These are the ones we flag most often before production.
- Two players listed with the same number on one team
- Last names spelled one way on the roster and another on the registration sheet
- A white name on a light grey body, which disappears from the stands
- Logo files pulled from a website at 200 pixels wide, which print soft
- Youth and adult sizes mixed up because the size column just says S, M or L
- No spare jerseys ordered for players who join after the first week
What to send us before the proof
The better the starting material, the faster the first proof comes back close to right. You do not need all of this on day one, but it saves a revision round.
Logo files can be anything. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best, and we redraw small or blurry images at no charge.
- Your logo, or a photo of an old jersey you want to match
- Team colors as Pantone codes, or a photo of the colors in daylight
- The roster with names exactly as they should print, in capitals if that is the look
- Numbers for each player, checked for duplicates
- Sizes per player, marked youth or adult
- Where you want sponsor marks, if any, and their logo files
Care and reorders
Wash inside out on cold with similar colors. Hang dry or tumble on low. Skip bleach and fabric softener.
Do not iron directly on the print. Polyester can glaze under a hot iron, and the shine shows on dark colors. If a jersey creases in the bag, hang it in a steamy bathroom for ten minutes.
We keep your artwork on file after the first order. Reorders still have the 10-piece minimum, so most teams add two or three spares to the first order instead.
Keep a copy of the approved proof with your roster. When a new player joins mid-season, you can send us the number and size and we match it to the original file.
Custom Baseball Jerseys: questions answered
How much do custom baseball jerseys cost?
From $32.99 per jersey at 10 pieces, with names, numbers and your logo included. The price drops to $31.34 at 12 pieces, $29.69 at 24, $28.04 at 48 and $26.39 at 100.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 10 pieces. You can mix youth and adult sizes, and even different jersey styles, within those 10.
Do names and numbers cost extra?
No. Every jersey is sublimated as one piece, so the name and number are part of the print. Send the roster in any format.
Can I order one jersey to see the quality?
Single-jersey orders are not available, but every order gets a free digital proof. For orders of 24 or more we can sew one physical sample at the single-piece price and take that amount off the order.
How long until my team has the jerseys?
The proof arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks after you approve and pay, then free ground shipping takes 2 to 5 business days.
What fabric are the jerseys made from?
A 160 gsm polyester interlock knit as standard, or 140 gsm lighter interlock for hot-weather teams. Both wick sweat and take sublimation evenly.
Will the colors match our existing uniforms?
Send a photo or a Pantone code and we match it on the proof. Sublimation reproduces Pantone colors closely.
When do we pay?
No payment is taken at checkout. You approve the design proof first, then we email a PayPal invoice. We accept PayPal.
Does the collar style change the price?
No. Crew, V-neck, two-button and full-button collars all cost the same on this jersey.
Do you ship outside California?
Yes. Shipping is free to every U.S. address, and we can split one order across several addresses at no charge.
Can we reorder a few jerseys later for new players?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file. Reorders still need 10 pieces, so adding a few spares to the first order is usually cheaper.
Can the jerseys count toward a discount with pants and socks?
Yes. Every piece in the cart counts toward the same tier, so a 12-player jersey and pants order already reaches the 24-piece price.
