Ordering
What is the minimum order?
10 pieces, across any mix of products, sizes and styles.
Can I order online or do I need a quote?
Either. Every product page has an order box with sizes and a live total. The quote form is for teams that want written pricing first.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Design, proofing, revisions and artwork cleanup are free.
Can I mix youth and adult sizes?
Yes, in one order and one discount tier.
How do discounts work?
Automatically by total pieces in the cart: 5% at 12, 10% at 24, 15% at 48, 20% at 100.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Artwork stays on file. Reorders have the 10-piece minimum.
Design and proofs
How long until I see a proof?
1–2 business days after ordering or requesting a mockup.
How many revisions are included?
As many as it takes.
What files should I send?
Vector logos are best; PNG, JPG, a photo or a sketch all work. We redraw low-quality logos free.
Can you match our exact colors?
Yes. Send a Pantone code or a photo and the proof is calibrated to it.
Do names and numbers cost extra?
No. They are part of the sublimation print on every jersey.
Can each jersey be different?
Yes. Names, numbers and even colors can vary per jersey at no extra cost.
Payment
When do I pay?
After you approve the proof. Nothing is charged at checkout.
How do I pay?
By PayPal invoice emailed after approval. We accept PayPal.
Can a school pay by purchase order?
We send a written quote for your paperwork. The school office or booster club pays the PayPal invoice after approval.
Can a sponsor pay the invoice?
Yes. The invoice can be sent to any email address.
Production and shipping
How long does production take?
2–3 weeks after approval and payment; 3–4 weeks for twill-lettered jerseys; about 4 weeks for 200+ pieces.
How much is shipping?
Free to any U.S. address by ground, 2–5 days. California deliveries are usually 2–4 days.
Can you split-ship to several coaches?
Yes, free, within the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Not through the website. Ask by email for a quote.
Is rush production available?
Sometimes. Ask before ordering with your date and we tell you honestly.
Product and sizing
What fabric are the jerseys?
160 gsm polyester interlock as standard, 140 gsm lighter interlock and 130 gsm micro-mesh as options. Pants are 220 gsm double-knit.
Do your jerseys run true to size?
Yes, with a relaxed athletic fit. See the size guide for chest and length by size.
Will the print peel or fade?
No. Sublimated color is inside the fiber. Wash cold, inside out, low dryer heat.
Can I get twill names and numbers?
Yes, on the embroidered jerseys page or as an upgrade on any full-button jersey.
Do you make softball uniforms?
Yes, the same products with a softball pattern on request.
Can I get a physical sample?
On orders of 24 or more, one sample at the single-piece price, credited to the order.
Problems
What if a size is wrong?
Sizes are confirmed on the proof. If we made the error, we remake the piece free. If the roster was wrong, we make replacements at the per-piece price with no minimum for that correction.
What if a jersey arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days and we replace it.
Can I cancel?
Any time before proof approval, free. After production starts the order is custom-made and cannot be cancelled; see the refund policy.
