Effective October 17, 2026
Orders
Placing an order on this site is a request for a proof. No contract for manufacture exists until you approve the proof in writing (by email) and the PayPal invoice is paid. Prices shown are per piece in U.S. dollars and include design, sublimation, names, numbers and U.S. ground shipping.
Proofs
You are responsible for checking the proof: spellings, numbers, sizes, colors and placement. Production follows the approved proof exactly. Errors present on the approved proof are corrected at the per-piece price.
Payment
Payment is by PayPal invoice after proof approval. We accept PayPal. Production begins when the invoice is paid. Invoices unpaid after 30 days are cancelled.
Minimums and pricing
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Quantity discounts apply to the total pieces in a single order. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Timelines
Production and delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. We tell you promptly if an order will miss its estimate.
Artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. We do not reproduce trademarked professional or college team marks. We may show finished uniforms as examples of our work unless you ask us not to.
Returns and remakes
Custom-made goods are not returnable for change of mind. Our remake and replacement commitments are set out in the refund policy.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
