Adult League Baseball Jerseys
Adult league teams are run by one busy person who collects money from eleven friends and needs the order to be simple. This page is set up for that: sizes S–4XL, a sponsor on the back, home and away in one cart. You get a PayPal invoice after the proof, so nobody pays before they see the jersey.

|---|---|---|
| S | 36–38 in | 28 in |
| M | 39–41 in | 29 in |
| L | 42–44 in | 30 in |

| 3XL | 51–53 in | 33 in |

Set up for the team manager
Most adult team managers are also the shortstop, the scheduler and the person who brings the extra balls. The order should not become a second job.
Everything on this page is built so one person can handle it from a phone. You do not need art files, exact sizes or money in hand to get a proof.
If you only want to compare cuts and fit, the page for men's baseball jerseys goes deeper on the pattern and sizing. This page is about running the order for a league team.
- Size grid up to 4XL, with no surcharge on bigger sizes
- Sponsor name across the back shoulders and a logo on the sleeve, included
- Home and away designs in one order and one invoice
- Spare jerseys with numbers only for mid-season pickups
- Names and numbers sent by reply email in any format
Collecting sizes and money from the team
Getting eleven grown men to reply with a size is the slowest part of any adult order. Start that before you settle the design.
Rough out the look in Design Your Jerseys and send a screenshot to the group chat. People reply faster when they can see what they are paying for.
Set a hard cutoff date in the chat. Players who miss it get the size you guessed for them, and nobody can blame the manager.
Some managers add a few dollars per player to cover spares. Others ask the sponsor to cover the spares. Both work.
A shared spreadsheet with three columns, size, name and number, works better than a long chat thread. You can paste it straight into the proof reply.
- Post the design and a per-player price in the team chat.
- Ask each player for size, name spelling and number in one message.
- Place the order with the sizes you have. Missing sizes can be fixed on the proof.
- Collect money while the proof is being revised.
- Approve the proof once every size is confirmed, then pay the PayPal invoice. We accept PayPal.
League looks that work
Wood-bat and MSBL-style teams lean toward full-button pinstripes and traditional lettering. Rec and company leagues go for a two-button pullover with a bold chest logo.
Over-30 and over-40 leagues often order the sleeveless vest with long-sleeve undershirts, because games run into the evening cool. All cuts are the same price on this page.
Older-style designs are popular with veteran teams. Our vintage and retro baseball jerseys show cream bodies, felt-look lettering and old-school stripes.
Check your league's rules on colors before you lock the design. Some leagues assign colors to avoid clashes, so confirm with your league director first.
| League type | Common look | Usual cut |
|---|---|---|
| Wood-bat and over-30 | Pinstripes, script name, classic colors | Full-button |
| Sunday rec | Bold chest logo, two-tone raglan | Two-button |
| Company and charity | Company colors, logo on the chest | Two-button or V-neck |
| Evening over-40 | Vest over long-sleeve undershirt | Sleeveless |
Sponsors on adult jerseys
Most adult teams have a bar, a shop or an employer behind them. The sponsor usually pays part of the bill and gets their name on the jersey in return.
Common spots are across the back shoulders above the number, on one sleeve, or on the front chest under the team name. Every placement is included in the price.
The PayPal invoice can be sent to any email address. That means a sponsor can pay it directly, and the manager never has to front the money.
Send the sponsor's logo as the biggest file they have. A logo grabbed from a social media profile is usually too small to print sharply on the back.
Keep the sponsor name smaller than the player number. Umpires and scorekeepers read the number first, and a huge sponsor name makes it harder to spot.
- Back shoulders: the most visible spot, and it does not compete with the team name
- Sleeve: good for a second sponsor or a small logo
- Front chest: works when the sponsor is also the team name
Price per jersey
A 16-man roster ordering home and away is 32 pieces at $29.69 each. That comes to $59.38 per player for two jerseys, or $950.08 for the team with free shipping.
Names, numbers, the team logo and sponsor marks are all in that price. If your sponsor needs it in writing, ask for a written quote for your team first.
Two teams from the same league can combine into one order. Two rosters of 13 with home and away jerseys is 52 pieces, which drops every jersey to $28.04.
| Pieces in cart | Discount | Per jersey |
|---|---|---|
| 10–11 | Base price | $32.99 |
| 12–23 | 5% | $31.34 |
| 24–47 | 10% | $29.69 |
| 48–99 | 15% | $28.04 |
| 100+ | 20% | $26.39 |
Sizing grown men, S to 4XL
Adult rosters cover every body type, from a 150-pound second baseman to a 260-pound first baseman. All sizes from S to 4XL cost the same.
Ask for chest measurements, not t-shirt sizes. Men tend to guess a size based on what they wore years ago.
Players who wear a compression shirt or a hoodie under the jersey on cold nights should go one size up. The adult jersey size guide shows how to measure in under a minute.
Polyester interlock does not shrink. A jersey that feels snug on day one will feel the same in August, so err on the larger side.
Night games and cool evenings
Plenty of adult leagues play after work, and coastal fields in California get cold once the sun drops. A short-sleeve jersey alone can feel thin by the late innings.
Many teams pair the jersey with a printed long-sleeve undershirt in the team color. Our long-sleeve baseball shirts can carry a number on the sleeve and count toward the same discount tier.
The sleeveless vest is another answer. Players pick their own undershirt weight for the night, and the team still matches.
Inland valley leagues have the opposite problem in July. For those teams, 140 gsm lighter interlock or 130 gsm micro-mesh keeps players cooler. A 7pm game can still feel like 95 degrees.
If you want the full set
Pants and a cap per player make it a proper uniform. The custom baseball uniforms set bundles the jersey and pants at a set price in adult sizes.
Many adult teams keep their own grey or white pants and only buy jerseys. That is fine, as long as everyone's pants are close to the same shade.
If the pants do not match, buying them together fixes it once. Pants count toward the same tier as the jerseys.
Socks are the cheapest way to finish the look. A team in matching socks and its own mixed pants still reads as one club from the stands.
Spares and mid-season pickups
Adult rosters change all season. Someone moves, someone gets hurt, and a friend of a friend shows up in June with a glove.
Order one or two spare jerseys with numbers only. A pickup player can wear one the same night.
Your artwork stays on file for reorders. Reorders have a 10-piece minimum, so spares are cheaper than a second order later.
Pick spare numbers nobody on the roster uses, such as 00 or 99, and keep them in the team bag.
Spare jerseys also help when a player forgets his at home. Keep them in the equipment bag, not in someone's car.
At the end of the season, spares can become next year's jerseys for new players. The design stays the same until the team decides to change it.
Mistakes adult teams make
Every one of these can be fixed for free before approval. Once the proof is approved, sizes and spellings are locked and production starts.
- Waiting for every size before asking for a proof, which adds weeks
- Letting the sponsor's logo crowd out the player number on the back
- Choosing a light gray body that shows every infield stain
- Forgetting the manager and any player-coach in the count
- Approving before checking every name's spelling on the proof
- Picking a font so ornate that the last names are hard to read from the dugout
Timeline from first message to first pitch
The proof arrives by email in 1–2 business days. Revisions are unlimited, so keep asking until it is right.
Production takes 2–3 weeks after the invoice is paid. Free ground shipping takes 2–4 business days inside California and 2–5 elsewhere in the US.
Plan on four to five weeks from first message to jerseys in hand. If your season opener is closer, call (213) 449-3746 and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
The shipping and returns policy covers transit times and split delivery if half the team lives in another city.
