About California Baseball Jerseys
We make custom baseball jerseys and uniforms for teams in California, from 8U rec squads to adult wood-bat leagues, and ship them anywhere in the country.
What we do
Every order is sublimated and sewn by our own production team. That means the design is printed into the fabric before the jersey is cut, names and numbers are part of the print rather than a surcharge, and pants carry the same stripe file as the jersey. Our designers build a proof for every order and revise it until the coach is happy; no invoice is sent until then.
Why a California site
California plays baseball in more conditions than any other state: fog at Big Rec in February, 105°F in Bakersfield in July, dirt infields in Visalia, tournament weekends in Irvine and Chula Vista. Fabric choices, delivery times and league rules differ by region, and a site written for the state can say so. The locations pages cover sixteen cities with the leagues, fields and delivery notes that matter locally.

- A designer sends a proof within 1–2 business days.
- You approve it; we email a PayPal invoice. We accept PayPal.
- Production takes 2–3 weeks and shipping is free.
- Your artwork stays on file for reorders.

Who makes the jerseys?
Our own production team sews and sublimates every order. Design and proofing are in-house as well, which is why revisions are free and fast.
Are you only for California teams?
California programs are most of our orders and the site is written for them, but we ship free to every U.S. state.
How long have you been making uniforms?
Our team has produced sublimated team wear for soccer, basketball and baseball programs for several years; this site is the baseball-focused storefront.
What makes your jerseys different?
Full sublimation with names and numbers included, a proof before any payment, and pants printed from the same file as the jersey so the set matches.
Do you have a showroom?
No. Orders are placed online and proofs are sent by email. Physical samples are available on orders of 24 or more.
Can I visit to see fabric?
We can mail a fabric swatch card on request before you order.
Who do I talk to?
The same designer handles your proof from first draft to approval.
Do you sponsor teams?
Occasionally. Ask through the contact form with your program's details.
What are your values, in plain terms?
Show the jersey before taking money, include what others charge extra for, and answer email within a business day.
How do you handle a mistake?
If an error is ours, we remake the affected pieces at no charge. See the refund policy.
